History

The Champagne Aishihik Community Corporation (CACC) was incorporated on February 2, 2006, under the Business Corporations Act (Yukon) to help the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations (CAFN) government capture business opportunities within its Traditional Territory. In 2020 CACC legally changed its name to Sha Shäw Corporation (SSC). The SSC fills a gap that exists beyond the mandates of the CAFN government Economic Development Program, CAFN Trust, and Dakwäkäda Capital Investment Limited Partner.
